haven't watched any news today and just found out about his passing.some may know him for his hollywood films but to me his film freedom to fascism will be his best work.i urge everyone to watch it and i myself in the near future will be making copies to give out.mr.russo gave the o.k. for people to make copies to pass out to the public.r.i.p. aaron russo.

i don't want to start any conspiracy, but i think the fed. gov. did away with him; sad loss for those who speak out against the corruption and decay that is rotting this country to the core; r.i.p.

i'll say this, most everything that comes to us via the media is embedded with twisted facts and opinions, or outright lies, and like most any documentary style production, slanted to the director's views and philosophy as well; however, whether Mr. Russo's film tells it like it is or tells it like he perceives it to be, the amerikan people are still bent over the kitchen sink, and at least he tried to push that idea onto a too often somnolent public, and for that he gets my nod

Thank you for filling us in, tigerbolt. I am unfamiliar with his work beyond Trading Places and The Rose, but he obviously made his mark in a meaningful way beyond the mainstream.

tigerbolt: always thinking of others. Man, does the LMA suck or what?

(PS: thanks for the heads-up; pathetic that I am not familiar with Mr. Russo's works.)
